Executive Vice President, Industrial Refrigeration
Ken Rhoades joined InterCool as Executive Vice President, Industrial Refrigeration in February 2018. Mr. Rhoades has over 35 years of experience in industrial and commercial refrigeration.
Most recently, Mr. Rhoades was the Southwest Team Leader for Wagner-Meinert, LLC, where his responsibilities included building and leading the service and project teams in the Southwest. Mr. Rhoades distinguished career also includes key leadership positions at The Stellar Group and Burch Corporation.
Executive Vice President, Growth & Strategy
Clay Hill joined InterCool with 30 years of experience as an entrepreneur having owned, managed and sold multiple companies. He was the principal founder and CEO of Provision Data Service overseeing the corporate direction, strategy, business operations, sales, technical support, consulting and marketing functions.
He has held a variety of management, operations, sales, and marketing roles with major data center outsourcing firms, and has advised companies around the globe on transforming their business.
Mark Allen Turner
Vice President of Sales
Mark joined InterCool USA, LLC in October 2020. Mr. Turner brings 35+ year’s experience in Sales & Business Development, the last 10+ years being in the Food & Beverage Industry. Mark has a broad understanding of F&B operations, service, and capital projects related to industrial refrigeration and plant construction. With a strong customer-centric philosophy, his focus is relationship management. His role is to serve as a customer advocate and liaison between our construction, service divisions, and strategic partners to ensure expectations are met and exceeded.
Mr. Turner joins most recently from Hansen & Rice as Director of Food & Beverage/US West and previously led Stellar’s industrial refrigeration sales team nationally.
Director of Construction
Matt has over twenty-five (25) years of project experience. B.S. – Purdue University 1995 – Construction Management
Matt has managed numerous cold storage projects from Ammonia to Freon, from cold storage warehousing to pharmaceutical chill rooms, there aren’t many projects he hasn’t seen. He is passionate about our customers and finding solutions for them.
Mick Hoover, P.E.
Director of Engineering
Mick Hoover has over thirty (30) years of engineering experience in a variety of industrial facilities. He has extensive experience designing industrial, food/beverage
processing, and pharmaceutical facilities in the specific area of refrigeration using natural and CFC/HCFC’s. He has held a variety of management, operation, and engineering roles within the industrial refrigeration contracting business. Mr. Hoover holds P.E. licenses in multiple states and works very closely with Intercool’s preconstruction and operations teams to satisfy client needs.
Brian McMillan, P.E.
Director of Preconstruction
Brian joined InterCool in February 2018. Prior to joining InterCool, Brian spent 12 years working for a national, specialty consulting firm performing industrial refrigeration design.
His experience includes the design and integration of ammonia, halocarbon, and hydronic systems for food & beverage, dairy, and the cold storage industries. Brian is a critical thinker with the ability to focus on technical details through all aspects of planning, estimating, design, and construction.
Chief Financial Officer
Brandon joined InterCool as CFO in September 2020. Prior to joining InterCool, Mr. Wiechmann spent the early part of his career in public accounting, before holding various operational roles within the middle market.
Mr. Wiechmann utilizes his broad knowledge of operational finance and enjoys the challenge of building great organizations through efficient processes and exceptional people. Brandon holds a BBA in accounting from Texas State University, and an MSA in accounting from Southern Methodist University.
