Industrial Refrigeration Service Technician

  • We’re looking for EXPERIENCED Industrial Refrigeration Technician with at least 3 years full-time experience and CARO or CIRO certification would be a plus.  

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide maintenance and repairs on industrial refrigeration/ammonia systems while providing superior customer service
  • Perform routine and emergency industrial refrigeration repair and maintenance services on industrial refrigeration equipment. This includes compressors and electrical troubleshooting of industrial refrigeration systems and control/alarm systems
  • Demonstrate an understanding and adherence to all work safety policies, procedures, and governing requirements

SKILLS and EXPERIENCE

  • Ability to troubleshoot and repair ammonia & freon industrial refrigeration, mechanical, and electrical systems
  • Knowledge of industrial refrigeration, electrical, and micro compressor control systems
  • Working knowledge of screw compressors, electrical troubleshooting of common types of industrial refrigeration systems, and control alarm systems
  • Exceptional safety knowledge of tools, testing devices, and surroundings
  • Ability to read and interpret industrial refrigeration manuals, documents, and drawings
  • Ability to work unsupervised or with limited instruction
  • Minimum of 3 years of progressive ammonia & freon industrial refrigeration work experience
  • CARO or CIRO Certification, a plus

Customer Service Coordinator

Headquarters in Carrollton, TX

REQUIREMENTS

  • Communicate with our customers to gather information and schedule services, planned maintenance, and sales inquiries
  • Initiate customer reminders of scheduled appointments or changes in technician availability/arrival time
  • Efficiently plan and route technicians to service calls based on availability, needed skills/experience, customer equipment/needs, and location
  • Maintain and update the Dispatch Board with new, changed, and canceled appointments
  • Respond to service technicians’ requests
  • Prepare and accurately add service orders
  • Resolve customer scheduling, pricing, incorrect information on reports/invoices, credits, or rebills
  • Track and ensure preventative maintenance is scheduled, and completed within allotted hours
  • Participate in 24×7 on-call service as rotated through the team (approximately every 4-6 weeks)
  • Issue purchase orders for technician parts and tools
  • Track use of truck parts and inventory is accounted for and billed in the ERP

SKILLS and EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum of 3 years experience as a customer service coordinator/dispatcher in a non-medical service business

Senior Project Manager Construction

We are looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to plan and supervise large industrial refrigeration construction projects from start to finish. You will organize and oversee construction procedures and ensure they are completed in a timely and efficient manner. An excellent Construction Project Manager must be well-versed in all construction methodologies and procedures and able to coordinate a team of professionals of different disciplines to achieve the best results. The ideal candidate will have an analytical mind and great organizational skills. The goal will be to ensure all projects are delivered on time according to requirements and without exceeding the budget.

  • Collaborate and serve as a liaison between the company and clients, project managers/supervisors/foreman, subcontractors, architects, and vendors.
  • Analyze construction drawings, specifications, proposals and other documentation to prepare project and services estimates for time, dost and labor from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations
  • Develop Project Work Plan and ensure the team understands and adheres to the deliverables by the target completion date
  • Coordinate and control purchase orders
  • Coordinate all approved change orders and ensure effective communication
  • Monitor and evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports to review with the onsite and leadership teams
  • Resolve issues and clear roadblocks
  • Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards and report issues

Outbound B2B Industrial Refrigeration Sales

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Generate and qualify leads
  • Actively seek out new business opportunities by consistently conducting various prospecting/cold-call activities and networking opportunities
  • Follow-up on all sales opportunities and customer inquiries/concerns
  • Conduct discovery meetings with existing and new customers to uncover needs
  • Generate and present proposals
  • Survey mechanical systems to determine repair, modification, and/or replacement requirements to provide prospects with solutions
  • Prepare and present effective sales presentations, answer questions and objections in a proficient and responsible manner which leads to signed contracts.
  • Follow-up and successfully negotiate customer commitments
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction is maintained and that sales revenue, gross margins, and contract renewal rates meet or exceed assigned targets.

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE

  • 2 – 5+ years of Outside B2B Sales and account management experience
  • Industrial Refrigeration or related industry experience
  • BA or BS in a relevant discipline of Sales, Construction Management, or related Engineering.
  • Proven track record in building relationships with general contractors, owners, architects, plant managers, and engineers to generate sales leads
  • Must possess strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with a confident and empathetic manner
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% in surrounding states. Obtain and maintain a valid driver’s license
